Wow, this market is HOT. I had several wonderful photo shoots this week! Even though we've had some massive June Gloom and tropical sprinkles, the photos still come out looking SoCal Sunny!

Sometimes you fall in love with a property... but not just the house or the land - everything about is just magical.
This beautiful Mid-Century Modern home was a genuine homage to this period. I felt it was so important to capture the feel of the home. The furnishings, the wood paneling - the essence of the true-to-period furnishings and the way the light hit the backyard in the evening.
I was genuinely giddy when CurbedLA saw the same magic that I saw. What's super cool is the home made it into the "Time Capsules" category.

WHAT WE LOVE: Really great layout with a ton of space and great windows with sunlight and luscious greenery into every room. Right across the street from a beautiful community park. Stunning sunsets and a waterslide into the pool that would make a water park jealous.
